METTA BHAVANA, LOVING KINDNESS MEDITATION

"METTA BHAVANA" is one of the most important teachings of the Buddha. This practice aims at developing Metta, Loving Kindness. First, we direct positive thoughts to ourselves and, progressively, enlarge the circle until we send positive thoughts to every living being, everywhere in the universe. The more one practices, the more he or she feels happy and calm; life becomes more harmonious and more peaceful.
